摘　　要：一直以来,石家庄致力于棉纺织企业的建设,打造华北重要的纺织基地,工人是其中重要的参与者。文章基于1949—1966年石家庄棉纺织企业为工人建立的生活福利设施分析该时期棉纺织工人生活福利的优化过程。Shijiazhuang has always been committed to the construction of cotton textile enterprises and creating an important textile base in North China,with workers being an important participant.The article is based on the welfare facilities established by Shijiazhuang cotton textile enterprises for workers from 1949 to 1966,and analyzes the optimization process of the welfare of cotton textile workers during this period.
