摘　　要：以水性羟基丙烯酸分散体和异氰酸酯固化剂为成膜物制备了隔膜泵涂装涂膜外观良好的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆涂料。重点考察了水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、固化剂、分散剂、填料对隔膜泵涂装涂膜外观的影响。结果表明:成膜物选用润湿性好的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体和阴离子磺酸盐改性的异氰酸酯固化剂,分散剂选用非离子聚氨酯嵌段共聚物型分散剂,填料采用滑石粉与硫酸钡复配,制得的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料隔膜泵涂装涂膜外观良好。A waterborne acrylic polyurethane topcoat with good appearance for diaphragm pump painting was prepared using waterborne hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion and isocyanate curing agent as film-forming agents.This paper focuses on the influence of waterborne hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion,curing agent,dispersant,and filler on the appearance of diaphragm pump painted film.The results showed that the film-forming material selected was a waterborne hydroxy acrylic acid dispersion with good wetting properties and an anionic sulfonate modified isocyanate curing agent.The dispersant selected was a non-ionic polyurethane block copolymer dispersant,and the filler used was a combination of talc powder and barium sulfate.The resulting waterborne acrylic polyurethane coatings for diaphragm pump painting had a good appearance.
