摘　　要：研发了一种彩砂调色的多彩冠晶石涂料,系统地研究了不同保护胶、纤维素、润湿剂和乳胶的种类、用量对多彩冠晶石涂料的彩点展色性、施工韧性、质感效果、耐水白性和耐人工老化性的影响。研究结果表明:保护胶为UNQ633,造粒保护胶溶液浓度在5%,造粒保护胶溶液占比为20%;基础漆保护胶溶液浓度为10%,基础漆保护胶溶液用量为4.5%,纤维素250HHBR用量为0.45%(质量分数,后同),疏水改性纤维素HE10K用量为0.15%,润湿剂W-2520的用量为0.2%,基础漆乳胶8027用量为16%,彩点占比为60%;使用惰性乳胶RS-3798A和反应型乳胶RS-3765作为连续相乳胶,其中RS-3765用量为25%、3798A用量为50%,连续相占比为20%。其制得的多彩冠晶石涂料在耐水白性、彩点展色性、彩点韧性、施工韧性、彩点质感效果以及耐碱性、耐酸雨性、耐水性、耐洗刷性、耐湿冷热循环性、耐人工老化性等方面均符合HG/T 4343—2024《水性多彩建筑涂料》的要求。彩砂作为调色的主要骨料,具备极高的耐候性和耐水性,无需添加水性色浆,克服了传统多彩涂料因使用水性色浆调色而带来的褪色、发花等质量风险。A kind of colorful crown stone coatings with colored sand for color adjustment was developed.The effects of the types and amounts of different protective colloids,celluloses,wetting agents and latexes on the color development of colored dots,construction toughness,texture effect,water whitening resistance and artificial aging resistance of the colorful crown stone were systematically studied.The research results show that the protective colloid is UNQ633,the concentration of the granulation protective colloid solution is 5%,and the proportion of the granulation protective colloid solution is 20%;the concentration of the protective colloid solution for the base paint is 10%,the amount of the protective colloid solution for the base paint is 4.5%,the amount of cellulose 250HHBR is 0.45%(wt%,the same below),the amount of hydrophobically modified cellulose HE10K is 0.15%,the amount of wetting agent W-2520 is 0.2%,the amount of base paint latex 8027 is 16%,and the proportion of colored dots is 60%;inert latex RS-3798A and reactive latex RS-3765 are used as continuous phase latexes,among which the amount of RS-3765 is 25%,the amount of 3798A is 50%,and the proportion of the continuous phase is 20%.The colorful crown stone coatings prepared meet the requirements of HG/T 4343—2024 Water-based Multi-color Architectural Coatings in terms of water whitening resistance,color development of colored dots,toughness of colored dots,construction toughness,texture effect of colored dots,as well as alkali resistance,acid rain resistance,water resistance,scrub resistance,wet-cold-heat cycle resistance and artificial aging resistance.As the main aggregate for color adjustment,colored sand has extremely high weather resistance and water resistance,and there is no need to add waterborne color pastes,which overcomes the quality risks such as fading and floating caused by the use of water-based color pastes for color adjustment in traditional multi-color coatings.
