摘 要:九凌水库大坝防渗采用钻灌一体机二管法高压旋喷灌浆进行施工,直接用高压水泥浆液喷射坝体土层,较三管法减少浆液被稀释的程度,有助于浆液的固结,提高结石率,增强防渗效果,减少浪费和环境污染。采用钻灌一体机灌浆效率大大提高;二管法高压旋喷灌浆及钻灌一体机施工工法在本工程的成功应用,减少了水泥用量和废浆的产生,提高了施工效率。For the main dam seepage control of Jiuling Reservoir,the adopted construction method is high-pressure rotary jet grouting by double-pipe method and with drilling and grouting integrated machine.High-pressure cement slurry was directly sprayed onto the soil layer of the dam body.Compared with the three-pipe method,the dilution degree of the slurry is reduced;it is conducive to consolidate the slurry,increase the stone formation rate,enhance anti-seepage effect,reduce waste and environmental pollution.The grouting efficiency is greatly improved with the application of drilling and grouting integrated machine.The successful application of the construction method incorporating high-pressure rotary jet grouting by double-pipe method with drilling and grouting integrated machine in this project rendered less cement consumption and waste slurry,and improved the construction efficiency.
