百色水利枢纽库区管理现状及成效分析

摘　　要：近年来,百色水利枢纽库区管理的力度不断加大,在库区管理方面取得了显著的成效,尤其是库区土地的确权划界全部完成,为库区管理与保护迈向规范化、法制化奠定了坚实的基础。本文基于百色水利枢纽库区管理体制机制现状,总结各方面工作成效,并分析库区管理存在的问题,提出相应的建议,为百色水利枢纽的库区管理提供参考。The reservoir area management of Baise Multi-Purpose Dam Project has been continuously strengthened in recent years with significant achievements.Especially,the land ownership confirmation and delimitation in the reservoir area were completed,which laid solid foundation for standard and legal management and protection of reservoir area.Based on the current reservoir area management mechanism of Baise Multi-Purpose Dam Project,the authors summarize the work effects of various aspects,analyze the problems existing in reservoir area management,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the reservoir area management of Baise Multi-Purpose Dam Project.
