摘　　要：数字乡村建设是实现乡村全面振兴的关键举措,驱动农民数字化转型是建好数字乡村的应有之义。农民数字化转型是一个由传统小农向数字新农人蜕变的过程,在转型过程中,不变的是农民现代化的本质和逻辑,变化的是不同维度的特征凸显。具体而言,驱动农民数字化转型有其理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。从理论维度看,实现中国式乡村现代化内在要求驱动农民数字化转型,从而弥合城乡数字鸿沟、适应乡村治理的范式转变和接续推进农民现代化。从历史维度看,驱动农民数字化转型是一个从农民组织化走向农民职业化、迈向农民数字化的历史演进历程,遵循促进农民现代化发展的目标指引。从实践维度看,驱动农民数字化转型受到了数字下乡与数字基础设施建设、乡村产业数字化发展、乡村治理与服务数字化等乡村数字化变革的牵引推动。以上三重驱动逻辑,其共性的指向都是塑造数字新农人。The construction of digital countryside is a key measure to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and driving the digital transformation of farmers is the proper meaning of building a good digital countryside.The digital transformation of farmers is a process of transformation from traditional smallholder farmers to digital new farmers.In the transformation process,the essence and logic of farmer modernization remain unchanged,while the characteristics of different dimensions are highlighted.To be specific,driving farmers’digital transformation has its theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.From the theoretical perspective,the realization of Chinese-style rural modernization requires the inherent drive of farmers’digital transformation,so as to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas,adapt to the paradigm shift of rural governance and continue to promote the modernization of farmers.From a historical perspective,driving the digital transformation of farmers is a historical evolution process from farmer organization to farmer professionalization and farmer digitalization,following the goal of promoting the modernization of farmers.From the perspective of practice,the digital transformation of farmers is driven by the digital transformation of rural areas such as digital going to the countryside and digital infrastructure construction,digital development of rural industry,rural governance and service digitalization.The above three driving logic,its common direction is to shape the digital new farmers.
