数字乡村建设同质化的诱发机理与优化路径

摘　　要：数字乡村建设在加快农业农村现代化转型的同时,也引发了“千村一面”的同质化现象,迫切需要学界的深入探讨研究。从同质化的理论内涵出发,建构数字乡村建设同质化现象分析框架,深入剖析其背后的诱发机理与优化路径。研究发现,当前数字乡村建设同质化现象表现为规划设计相互模仿、项目开发高度雷同、数字平台重复建设、经营模式盲目复制等,造成了资源浪费、功能缺失、服务滞后、结构失衡的社会影响。数字乡村建设同质化现象的生成原因主要有开发理念、建设方式、资源运用和发展路径等同质化,其背后实则反映出村庄自身的定位不清、对数字乡村的认知模糊、忽视村民的社会需求、服务模式的创新不足和制度环境的内在制约等因素。基于此,未来数字乡村建设需要对建设规划、发展战略、底层权益、内生动力和制度环境进行整体优化,从而真正推动数字乡村的高质量发展。Although the construction of digital villages has expedited the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it has also triggered the phenomenon of homogenization,often referred to as“a thousand villages with the same face”,which urgently calls for in-depth academic exploration and research.This study begins with the theoretical connotations of homogenization to construct an analytical framework for the phenomenon of homogenization in digital village construction,thoroughly dissecting the underlying mechanisms and optimization paths.The study reveals that the current phenomenon of homogenization in digital village construction is characterized by mutual imitation in planning and design,highly similar project development,redundant construction of digital platforms,and blind replication of business models,resulting in social impacts such as resource wastage,lack of functionality,service lag,and structural imbalance.The causes of the homogenization phenomenon in digital village construction include the homogenization of development concepts,construction methods,resource utilization,and development paths.In essence,these reflect underlying mechanisms such as unclear positioning of villages,vague understanding of digital villages,neglect of villagers’social needs,insufficient innovation in service models,and inherent constraints within the institutional environment.Based on this,the future construction of digital villages requires a comprehensive optimization of construction planning,development strategy,underlying rights and interests,internal dynamics,and the institutional environment,in order to truly promote the high-quality development of digital villages.
