摘　　要：以仙客来种子为试验材料,分析不同处理方法对种子萌发及补植养护效果的影响。试验结果表明:1)40℃蒸馏水浸种24 h处理下的仙客来种子萌发率最高为80%;2)在100 mg/kg浓度的赤霉素溶液中浸种12 h的仙客来种子萌发率最高为55%;3)超声波处理2 min时仙客来种子萌发率最高为75%;4)在叶面喷洒40 mg/L浓度的6-苄氨基嘌呤的处理下,植株高度、冠幅出现最大值,分别为9.1 cm、16.3 cm,叶面积、叶绿素含量达到最大值,分别为15.1 cm、2.0 mg/g;5)仙客来补植幼苗对光照敏感,在光照9 h下各生长指标的平衡性更好。Using Cyclamen seeds as experimental materials,the effects of different treatment methods on seed germination and after-culture curing effect were analyzed.The results showed that:1)The highest seed germination rate of cyclamen seeds soaked in distilled water at 40℃ for 24 h was up to 80%;2)The highest seed germination rate of Cyclamen seeds soaked with 100 mg/kg gibberellin solution for 12 h was 55%;3)The highest seed germination rate of Cyclamen was 75%after 2 min of ultrasonic treatment;4)Under the treatment of spraying 6-benzylaminopurine with 40 mg/L concentration on the leaf surface,the height and crown width of the plant reached the maximum values,which were 9.1 cm and 16.3 cm,respectively,and the leaf area and chlorophyll content reached the maximum values,which were 15.1 cm and 2.0 mg/g,respectively;5)Cyclamen supplemented seedlings were sensitive to light,and the balance of each growth index was better under 9 h of light.
