摘  要:污水源热泵作为水源热泵的一种,能够有效回收污水处理厂排水中的低品位热能。以盘锦市某城市污水处理厂作为热源,设计一种污水源热泵温室大棚增温系统,使其能在-16℃的寒冷夜晚有效提升温室温度至32℃,并能精确维持在(21±1)℃的稳定范围内。通过监测系统的运行功率,发现其实际运行成本低于0.19元/m^(2)。污水源热泵作为一种清洁、稳定、高效且技术成熟的能源利用方式,具有成本低、效果好、稳定性高的优点,适合在污水处理厂周边的设施农业中推广应用。Sewage source heat pump as a kind of water source heat pump can effectively recover low-grade heat energy in sewage treatment plant drainage.A sewage source heat pump greenhouse heating system is designed to take a municipal sewage treatment plant in Panjin City as a heat source.It can effectively raise the greenhouse temperature to 32℃ in-16℃ cold night,and can accurately maintain within the stable range of(21±1)℃.By monitoring the operating power of the system,it is found that the actual operating cost could be significantly lower than 0.19 yuan/m^(2).Sewage source heat pump as a clean,stable,efficient and technologically mature energy utilization mode,has the advantages of low cost,good effect and high stability,and is suitable for promotion and application in facility agriculture around sewage treatment plant.
