摘　　要：农村电商平台运营模式创新策略是提升农村电商竞争力、促进农村经济繁荣的关键。阐述数字经济背景下的农村电商发展现状,从运营渠道创新、运营服务创新、运营供应链优化创新、运营技术与数据分析创新4个方面分析农村电商平台运营模式创新策略,旨在为农村电商高质量发展提供参考。The innovation strategy of rural e-commerce platform operation model is the key to enhance the competitiveness of rural e commerce and promote the prosperity of rural economy.This paper expounds the development status of rural e-commerce under the background of digital economy,analyzes the innovation strategy of rural e-commerce platform operation mode from four aspects of operation channel innovation,operation service innovation,operation supply chain optimization innovation,operation technology and data analysis innovation,and aims to provide reference for the high-quality development of rural e-commerce.
