摘　　要：把握农村人才结构的转换和发展需求,是新时期做好农村实用人才培育工作的关键因素。阐述沈阳市农村实用人才队伍的培育现状,从农村人才“贫地”趋势、实用人才培育示范性、实用人才培育机制的角度分析沈阳市农村实用人才队伍培育中存在的问题,并提出加快沈阳市农村实用人才队伍精准培育的对策建议。Grasping the transformation and development needs of rural talent structure is the key factor to do a good job in cultivating rural practical talents in the new period.This paper expounds the current situation of the cultivation of rural practical talents in Shenyang,analyzes the problems in the cultivation of rural practical talents in Shenyang from the perspectives of the trend of"poor land"of rural talents,the demonstration of practical talents cultivation and the mechanism of practical talents cultivation,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the precise cultivation of rural practical talents team in Shenyang.
