摘　　要：优选澄江咳嗽方提取工艺。通过建立澄江咳嗽方多指标成分UPLC含量测定方法,以连翘苷、黄芩苷转移率和出膏率的综合评分作为评价指标,采用正交试验考察提取时间、加水量、提取次数对澄江咳嗽方提取工艺的影响,确定澄江咳嗽方提取工艺。澄江咳嗽方最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,提取3次,每次提取2 h。优选的提取工艺合理且可重现,可用于澄江咳嗽方的标准化提取。To optimize the optimum extraction process of Chengjiang Cough Prescription.A method for the determination of UPLC content in Chengjiang cough prescription was established.The effects of extraction time,water amount and extraction times on the extraction process of Chengjiang cough prescription were investigated by orthogonal test with the comprehensive scores of phillyrin and baicalin transfer rate and extract rate as evaluation indexes.The optimum extraction process of Chengjiang cough prescription was as follows:the added water amount was 12-fold ofthe herbs,the herbs were with thrice decoction with two hours.The optimized extraction process is reasonable and reproducible,and can be used for the standardized extraction of Chengjiang cough prescription.
