补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病及其并发症的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,DM)是一种由胰岛素分泌缺陷或胰岛素作用障碍所引起的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。持续高血糖与长期代谢紊乱等可导致全身组织器官,特别是眼、肾、心血管及神经系统的损害及其功能紊乱,引发多种并发症。补阳还五汤(Buyang huanwu decoction)出自于王清任的《医林改错》,具有“补气,助阳,兼以通络化瘀”之功效。研究表明,补阳还五汤可降低血糖,调节炎症因子,同时还可通过抗氧化应激调节血管内皮功能治疗糖尿病。本文综述了补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病及其并发症的作用机制。Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia due to a deficiency in insulin secretion or insulin dysfunction.Continuous hyperglycemia and long-term metabolic disorders can lead to damage to systemic tissues and organs,especially the eye,kidney,cardiovascular and nervous systems,leading to a variety of complications.Buyang huanwu decoction from Wang Qingren's"medical forest mistake",with"invigorating qi,assisting Yang,and also clearing collaterals and remove blood stasis".The research shows that Buyang huanwu decoction can reduce blood sugar,regulate inflammatory factors,and antioxidant stress regulation vascular endothelial function treatment of diabetes.The study compiles relevant literatureand reviews the research progress on the mechanism of buyang huanwu decoction treatment of diabetes and complications.
