杉木根、心材及叶的化学成分和药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：杉木是多年生乔木,具有祛风利湿、消肿解毒、活血止痛等药用价值。目前,对杉木的研究主要分为杉木根皮、杉木心材和杉木枝叶3个部位,不同部位化学成分略有不同。杉木根皮和心材主要成分是挥发性和萜类物质,而枝叶部位主要成分是黄酮类。现代药理学研究发现,杉木中所含的化学成分主要具有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化的作用。本文总结了近年来杉木的相关文献,简要综述不同部位的化学成分以及药理作用研究进展,以期为其发展提供科学依据及理论指导。Cunninghamia lanceolata is a perennial tree that have medicinal values such as dispelling wind,promoting dampness,reducing swelling,detoxifying,promoting blood circulation,and relieving pain.At present,research on Cunninghamia lanceolata is mainly divided into three parts:Cunninghamia lanceolata root bark,Cunninghamia lanceolata core wood,and Cunninghamia lanceolata branches and leaves.The chemical components of different parts are slightly different.Cunninghamia lanceolata root bark and core wood are mainly volatile and terpenoid components,while the branches and leaves contain more flavonoids.Modern pharmacological research found that the chemical components contained in Cunninghamia lanceolata mainly have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antioxidant effects.This study summarized the relevant literature on Cunninghamia lanceolata in recent years and briefly reviews the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of different parts,in order to provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance for its development.
