摘  要:采用一种改进的固相反应法,结合超声剥离法得到高纵横比的BN纳米管(BNNTs)和高比表面积的BN纳米片(BNNSs),并使用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对BN进行氨基化改性。以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基体,通过添加改性的BNNTs和BNNSs,制备高热导率的PMMA/改性BN复合材料。结果表明:制备的BN纯度高,结晶度好,改性后仍然保持高结晶度,氨基基团接枝到BN表面,有效改善了BN与PMMA的相容性。当改性BN用量为20%(w)时,复合材料的导热系数为0.70 W/(m·K),较纯PMMA提高了338%。此外,改性BN的加入可提高复合材料的热稳定性。BNNTs/BNNSs良好的导热网络可以有效限制PMMA分子链的流动性,提高了复合材料的交联密度,从而利于其弹性模量的提高,改性BN用量为20%(w)时,复合材料的弹性模量最大,为1.2GPa。An upgraded solid-phase reaction method combined with ultrasonic exfoliation was used to obtain boron nitride(BN)nanotubes(BNNTs)with high aspect ratios and BN nanosheets(BNNSs)with high specific surface areas.BN was amination-modified by the 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane.Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)was used as the matrix to prepare PMMA/modified BN composites with high thermal conductivity by adding modified BNNTs and BNNSs.The results indicate that the modified BN exhibits high purity and good crystallinity and maintains high crystallinity after modification.The amino groups grafted onto the surface of BN improve the compatibility effectively between BN and PMMA.The thermal conductivity of the composites is 0.70 W/(m·K),which is higher than that of pure PMMA by 338% when the mass fraction of the modified BN is 20%.Moreover,the addition of modified BN can improve the thermal stability of the composites.The excellent thermal conductivity network of BNNTs/BNNSs can restrict the mobility of PMMA molecular chains effectively and enhance the crosslink density and the elastic modulus of the composites.The maximum modulus of elasticity of the composites is 1.2 GPa when the mass fraction of modified BN is 20%.
