摘  要:目的建立ICP-MS测定葛根饮片中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的含量的方法。方法通过微波消解法处理试样,采用锗、铟、铋元素作为内标,用ICP-MS法测定50批葛根饮片中5种重金属及有害元素的含量。结果各元素的标准曲线相关系数为0.9993~1.000,加标回收率为93.0%~106.8%,RSD值均小于9%,重复性及精密度的RSD值均小于7%。结论该方法准确、简便、高效,可用于葛根饮片中重金属及有害元素的质量控制。Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for determination of five heavy metals and harmful elements(Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu)in Puerariae lobatae Radix decoction pieces.Methods The samples were processed by microwave digestion,and the contents of five heavy metals and harmful elements in 50 batches of Puerariae lobatae Radix decoction pieces were determined by ICP-MS with Ge,In and Bi as internal standards.Results The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the elements to be tested were in the range of 0.9993-1.000.The recoveries were in the range of 93.0%-106.8%,with RSDs less than 9%.The RSDs of repeatability and precision tests of the elements were all less than 7%.Conclusion This method is accurate,simple and efficient,and can be used for the quality control of heavy metals and harmful elements in Puerariae lobatae Radix decoction pieces.
