摘 要:目的建立一测多评法同时小儿感冒颗粒中告伊春、木犀草苷、绿原酸和3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、对羟基苯乙酮、迷迭香酸的含量。方法采用超高压液相色谱法(UPLC),以Shim-pack C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量为0.25 ml/min;柱温为26℃;检测波长348 nm。以木犀草苷为内标,建立其他5种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量,并与外标法检测结果比较,以验证一测多评法的准确性。结果6种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均加样回收率在95.6%~98.8%之间,RSD均小于2.0%。一测多评法与外标法所得结果接近。结论该方法快速准确、科学可靠,可用于小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a QAMS method for the simultaneous determination of goitrin,luteoloside,chlorogenic acid,3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,p-hydroxyacetophenone and rosmarinic acid in Xiao’er Ganmao Granules.Methods Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was adopted.The separation was performed on a Shim-pack C_(18) column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm),using acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution at the flow rate of 0.25 ml/min as mobile phase of gradient elution.The column temperature was 26℃and the detection wavelength was set at 348 nm.The relative correction factors and contents of the other five components were determined with luteoloside as internal standard,and the results were compared with those determined by external standard method.Results Six constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999).The average recoveries ranged from 95.6%to 98.8%,with RSDs less than 2.0%.The results obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,scientific and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Ganmao Granules.
