摘　　要：数字叙事活动与数字包容理念的“推动—反哺”机制,能够指引图书馆在数智时代耦合工具理性与价值理性,创造开放平等和安全包容的数字未来。依据“技术-制度”互构理论,采用演绎归纳、代表性案例分析方法,挖掘图书馆数字叙事推动数字包容的作用机理与实践路径。研究发现,图书馆数字叙事通过采纳数智叙事工具、提升用户数字素养和拓展特定领域项目,推动数字包容的服务可用性、资源可及性和方案可行性;图书馆数字叙事实践形成了以数字素养培育、用户阅读推广、数实空间融合、具身认知交互和文化旅游融合推动数字包容的五大核心路径。图书馆应采取调适组织生态、完善制度设计和拓展技术媒介等方略优化包容性数字叙事,以弥合数字鸿沟、矫治数字排斥和消解数字贫困。The“push-feed”mechanism of digital narrative activities and the concept of digital inclusion can guide libraries to couple instrumental rationality and value rationality in the era of digital intelligence,and create an open,equal,safe and inclusive digital future.Based on the theory of inter-construction of technology and system,the study adopts the methods of deduction and induction and representative case analysis to explore the action mechanism and practical path of library digital narrative to promote digital inclusion.It is found that library digital narrative promotes the service availability,resource accessibility and program feasibility of digital inclusion by adopting digital narrative tools,improving users'digital literacy and expanding projects in specific fields;library digital narrative practice has formed five core paths to promote digital inclusion through digital literacy cultivation,users'reading promotion,digital-real space fusion,embodied cognitive interaction,and cultural tourism fusion.Libraries should optimize inclusive digital narratives by adapting organizational ecology,perfecting institutional design and expanding technological media in order to bridge digital divide,correct digital exclusion and eliminate digital poverty.3 figs.66 refs.
