摘  要:针对高原、沙漠等边远地区特殊环境条件下作业人员的卫勤保障需求,设计了一种基于北斗短报文和公众移动通信网的睡眠健康远程监测系统。该系统利用北斗短报文大数据量可靠传输技术和移动通信数据安全传输技术解决了边远地区睡眠健康状态监测数据安全、可靠传输问题,实现了全天时、全地域对作业人员睡眠健康状态的动态、远程监测,进一步提高了边远地区的综合卫勤保障能力和水平。通过在拉萨等地区试验验证表明,系统运行稳定可靠,数据传输安全,成功率不低于98%,满足系统应用需求。In response to the medical support requirements of operators working under special environmental conditions of plateaus and deserts in remote areas,a sleep health remote monitoring system based on BeiDou short message and public mobile communication networksis developed.By utilizing BeiDou short message reliable transmission technology with large data volume and mobile communication data security transmission technology,the system ensures the secure and reliable transmission of sleep health status monitoring data in remote areas.It enables dynamic and remote monitoring of operators′sleep health status with all-time and all-regions,further improving the medical support capabilities and level in remote areas.Test results in Lhasa and other regions demonstrate that the system operates stably and reliably,ensuring secure data transmission with a success rate of no less than 98%,meeting the system′s application requirements.
