摘 要:本文采用高脂粮饲喂模型小鼠8周,随机分为对照组、低剂量水飞蓟宾灌胃组(37.8 mg/kg)、高剂量水飞蓟宾灌胃组(75.6 mg/kg),对照组灌胃等量生理盐水。灌胃28 d后,取出肝脏,采用液相色谱质谱法(LC-MS)进行代谢组学分析。结果显示,高低水飞蓟宾灌胃组均会使肝脏内乙酰辅酶A、L-谷氨酸、谷胱甘肽、谷胱甘肽二硫化物、胞苷二磷酸乙醇胺、sn-甘油-3-磷酸、磷脂酰胆碱、乙酰胆碱等有利于缓解小鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的物质表达量上升。In this study,model mice were fed a high-fat diet for 8 weeks and randomly assigned to a control group,a low-dose silibinin gavage group(37.8 mg/kg),and a high-dose silibinin gavage group(75.6 mg/kg).The control group received an equivalent volume of saline.After 28 days of gavage,the liver was harvested,and metabolomic analysis was conducted using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).The results showed that intrahepatic expression of metabolites conducive to alleviating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in mice,including acetyl-CoA,L-glutamate,glutathione,glutathione disulfid,CDP-ethanolamine,sn-glycerol-3-phosphate,choline phosphate,acetylcholine was significantly upregulated in both the low-dose and high-dose silibinin gavage groups.
