摘　　要：目的基于“暴注下迫,皆属于热”理论观察穴位按摩联合中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎湿热泻临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2023年9月—2024年2月于芜湖市中医医院儿科门诊及住院部确诊为轮状病毒肠炎湿热泻的80例患儿,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予儿泻停颗粒口服,观察组予手指穴位按摩联合中药敷脐治疗,两组常规治疗相同。连续治疗5 d。比较两组中医证候总有效率,治疗前后中医证候积分改善水平,临床症状体征恢复时间及轮状病毒转阴率,生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组有效率95.00%高于对照组87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、症状体征恢复时间、轮状病毒转阴率及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001);两组治疗期间除对照组出现3例恶心外,其他均未见不良反应。结论基于“暴注下迫,皆属于热”理论,应用穴位按摩联合中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎湿热泻,疗效显著,症状体征缓解更快,可加快轮状病毒抗体转阴,患儿依从性好,明显改善生活质量且安全。Objective Based on the theory of Emergent Diarrhea and Tenesmus,All Are Fever,to explore the clinical effi cacy and safety of acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical cord compresses in the treatment of pediatric rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat diarrhea.Methods The 80 infants with wet hot diarrhoea who were confirmed as RV enteritis in Pediatrics Clinic and In-Patient Section of Wuhu City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between Sept 2023 and Feb 2024 were classifi ed into two groups:1 and 2,respectively,and 40 patients.The control group was treated with pediatric diarrhea stop granules orally,and the observation group was treated with fi nger acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical cord compresses,with the same basic treatment for both groups.Both groups were treated with the same basic treatment.5 consecutive days of treatment was one course of treatment.The total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms,the improvement level of Chinese medicine symptoms points before and after the treatment,the recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs,the conversion rate of rotavirus,the improvement of quality of life score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of 95.00%was higher than 87.50%,and the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05);the improvement of TCM symptom score,the recovery time of symptoms and signs,rotavirus turnover rate,QOL and QOL were signifi cantly different(P<0.05 or P<0.001).In addition to 3 patients with vomiting in the control group,there were no side effects in the two groups,but only 3 patients with nausea.Conclusion Based on the theory of Emergent Diarrhea and Tenesmus,All Are Fever,applying acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat diarrhea on the basis of conventional treatment in western medicine has remarkable effi cacy,with faster symptomatic relief,accelerated conversion of rot
