腧穴热敏化艾灸配合中药湿热敷在慢性盆腔炎中医护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究腧穴热敏化艾灸配合中药湿热敷在慢性盆腔炎中的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月1日—2023年2月1日本院收治的188例慢性盆腔炎患者,以随机数字表法将其分成研究组(n=94)和对照组(n=94)。研究组联合采用腧穴热敏化艾灸与中药湿热敷疗法,对照组患者只采用中药湿热敷疗法。两组患者均连续治疗30 d。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、临床症状缓解时间、盆腔积液情况。结果干预后,在治疗有效率方面,研究组为96.81%,对照组为88.30%,两组差异明显(χ^(2)=4.9391,P<0.05)。在中医证候积分方面,研究组为(9.49±2.84)分,对照组为(14.65±1.51)分,两组数据差异显著(t=15.554,P<0.05)。在血清炎症因子水平方面,研究组患者所有炎症指标均明显低于对照组(t=14.027、10.422、27.138、10.269,P<0.05)。研究组患者4项临床症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(t=8.217、6.483、9.941、13.702,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者盆腔积液显著下降甚至消失(P<0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎患者治疗过程中,腧穴热敏化艾灸和中药湿热敷联合法可明显提高临床有效率、降低中医证候积分、降低炎症因子水平,缩短临床症状缓解时间,改善盆腔积液,临床疗效确切,预期可有效助力于临床实践。Objective To explore clinical effect of acupoint thermosensitive moxibustion combined with TCM wet and hot compress for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The paper chose 188 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from March 1,2021 to February 1,2023,and divided them into the study group(n=94)and the control group(n=94)according random number table method.The study group was treated with acupoint thermosensitive moxibustion combined with TCM wet and hot compress therapy,while the control group with TCM wet and hot compress therapy only.After 30 days of continuous treatment,clinical effect,TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels,clinical symptom relief time and pelvic fluid accumulation were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results After intervention,effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.81%,and that of the control group was 88.30%,with significant difference between two groups(χ^(2)=4.9391,P<0.05).TCM syndrome points of the study group were(9.49±2.84)and those of the control group were(14.65±1.51),with significant difference between two groups(t=15.554,P<0.05).Serum inflammatory factor levels,inflammatory indicators in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(t=14.027,10.422,27.138,10.269,P<0.05).Relief time of four clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than the control group(t=8.217,6.483,9.941,13.702,P<0.05).After treatment,pelvic fluid accumulation in the study group significantly decreased or even disappeared,with P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of acupoint thermosensitive moxibustion and TCM wet and hot compress can significantly improve clinical effect,reduce TCM syndrome scores,lower levels of inflammatory factors,shorten relief time of clinical symptoms,improve pelvic fluid accumulation and ensure clinical effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which may provide help in clinical practice effectively.
