预见性护理干预对艾滋病合并肺结核的影响

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理在艾滋病合并肺结核患者中的护理效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月本院收治的68例艾滋病合并肺结核患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用预见性护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组生活质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分更低(P<0.05)。结论对艾滋病合并肺结核患者行预见性护理,可以改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量及其对护理的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing for AIDS patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The paper chose 68 AIDS patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2022 to October 2023,and divided them into groups randomly,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group with predictive nursing.Nursing effect was compared.Results Life quality scores and nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group after nursing,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the observation group had lower SAS and SDS scores after nursing than the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve psychological status and life quality of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and achieve high satisfaction degree from patients.
