摘　　要：目的将Munro手术室压疮风险评估表应用于临床,根据其压力性损伤评估结果对患者采取压疮防治措施并评估其防治效果。方法采用便利取样法选取2021年1—6月本院普济手术室200例外科手术患者,使用Munro手术室压疮风险评估表在术前、术中及术后对患者进行压力性损伤风险评估,根据评估结果对压疮高危患者采取压力损伤标准预防和治疗措施,并于术后24 h、48 h、72 h对所有患者进行全身皮肤检查和压疮发生率的评价,使用压疮发生率与护士和患者使用量表后的满意度评估Munro压疮评估量表对预防手术患者压疮的效果。结果200例患者手术室压力性损伤的发生率:术后24 h为0%,术后48 h为0.5%,术后72 h为0%,Munro量表对具有手术压疮风险的患者压疮的预防效果达到100.0%,护士使用量表的满意度为95.0%,患者对皮肤管理结局的满意度为100.0%。结论Munro压疮评估量表在手术患者压疮防治中的效果理想,有利于护理人员全面、连续、动态地评估手术压力性损伤风险,有效预防和降低围手术期患者术中压疮的发生率,实现与病区的无缝衔接和手术病人的延续护理,值得进一步推广使用。Objective To apply the"Munro Operating Room Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Form"for clinical practice,take measures to prevent and treat pressure ulcers and evaluate effect of the measures for patients based on the results of pressure injury assessment.Methods The paper chose 200 surgical patients in operating room of Puji hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 with convenience sampling,assessed pressure injury risk of patients before,during and after surgery with the Munro operating room pressure ulcer risk assessment scale,took pressure injury prevention and treatment measures for high-risk patients based on the assessment results,carried out whole body skin examinations and evaluated pressure ulcer incidence rate of patients at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after surgery,and evaluated the effect of preventing pressure ulcers for surgical patients based on satisfaction degree of nurses and patients with the Munro pressure ulcer assessment scale.Results Incidence of pressure injuries in the operating room of 200 patients was as follows:0%at 24 hours after surgery,0.5%at 48 hours after surgery and 0%at 72 hours after surgery.The prevention effect of the Munro scale on surgery pressure ulcers risks of patients reached 100.0%.Satisfaction degree of nurses with the scale was 95.0%,and that of patients with skin management outcomes was 100.0%.Conclusion The Munro Pressure Ulcer Assessment Scale can achieve ideal effect in the prevention and treatment of surgical patients with pressure ulcers,help nursing staff evaluate risk of surgical pressure injuries comprehensively,continuously and dynamically,prevent and reduce incidence of intraoperative pressure ulcers of perioperative patients effectively,achieve seamless connection with the ward and provide continuous nursing for surgical patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
