综合护理联合经鼻高流量湿化氧疗用于呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理联合经鼻高流量湿化氧疗在呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者中的应用效果。方法将2021年5月—2024年3月蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院收治的50例呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者作为研究对象,并将其分为实验组(综合护理联合经鼻高流量湿化氧疗)和对照组(常规护理联合经鼻高流量湿化氧疗),每组25例,对比护理效果。结果比较血气指标(护理后),相较于对照组,实验组的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))值、动脉血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))值更高(P<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))值更低(P<0.05)。比较呼吸频率(护理后),相较于对照组,实验组更低(P<0.05)。比较氧合指数(护理后),相较于对照组,实验组更高(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,实验组的呼吸困难症状消失时间、住院时间相对更短(P<0.05)。比较护理满意度,相较于对照组,实验组更高(P<0.05)。比较治疗依从性,相较于对照组,实验组更高(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者接受经鼻高流量湿化氧疗期间,实施综合护理,可改善患者临床症状,促进患者呼吸功能恢复。Objective To explore application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy for patients with respiratory failure and hypoxemia.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with respiratory failure and hypoxemia in Bengbu Medical University the Second Affiliated Hospital from May 2021 to March 2024,and divided them into the experimental group(treated with comprehensive nursing combined with nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy)and the control group(with routine nursing combined with nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy),with 25 cases in each group.Nursing effect was compared.Results Blood gas indicators(after nursing)comparison showed,the experimental group had relatively higher arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))and arterial oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))values(P<0.05),and relatively lower arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))values(P<0.05).Respiratory rate(after nursing)of the experimental group was relatively lower,(P<0.05).Oxygenation index(after nursing)of the experimental group was relatively higher(P<0.05).Recovery status comparison showed,disappearance time of dyspnea symptoms and length of stay in the experimental group was relatively shorter(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group(92.00%)was relatively higher(P<0.05).Treatment compliance of the experimental group(96.00%)was relatively higher,(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can achieve good effect for patients with respiratory failure and hypoxemia during nasal high flow humidified oxygen therapy,can improve clinical symptoms and promote respiratory function recovery.
