摘　　要：目的探究Beck口腔评分指导下不同口腔擦洗频次在急性缺血性卒中患者中的应用价值。方法选取2023年6月1日—12月31日在本院接受住院治疗的急性缺血性卒中患者82例,按计算机随机分配法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者采用常规口腔擦洗频次,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用Beck口腔评分指导下不同口腔擦洗频次。对比两组应用效果。结果观察组口腔溃疡发生率、卒中相关性肺炎发生率较对照组低,口腔擦洗频率较对照组少(P<0.05)。观察组口腔pH值较对照组高,口腔清洁度评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组WHOQO-BREF评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在急性缺血性卒中患者中,应用Beck口腔评分指导下不同口腔擦洗频次,效果显著,可明显减少口腔溃疡、卒中相关性肺炎发生率,改善患者口腔卫生状况,提高患者生活质量,值得采纳。Objective To explore application value of different oral scrubbing frequencies under guidance of Beck oral scoring for patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with acute ischemic stroke with inpatient treatment in our hospital from June 1,2023 to December 31,2023,and divided them into the control group and the observation group with computer randomization method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine oral scrubbing frequency,while the observation group with different oral scrubbing frequencies under guidance of Beck's oral scoring based on the control group.Application effect was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of oral ulcers and stroke related pneumonia in the observation group was lower than the control group,frequency of oral scrubbing was less than the control group(P<0.05).The pH value in oral cavity of the observation group was higher than the control group,oral cleanliness scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The WHOQO-BRAF scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Different frequency of oral scrubbing under guidance of Beck's oral scoring can achieve significant effect on patients with acute ischemic stroke,can reduce incidence of oral ulcers and stroke related pneumonia significantly,improve the oral hygiene status and enhance life quality of of patients,which is worthy of application.
