静脉药物配置中心护理质量管理对临床安全用药的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉药物配置中心使用护理质量管理对临床安全用药的影响。方法从2022年1月—2023年1月中抽选样本数102例(静脉药物配置中心输液患者),将其中的51例纳入对照组,其余51例纳入试验组,将常规护理和护理质量干预模式分别对应提供给对照组和试验组。为了凸显护理差异,安排16名工作人员负责执行和完善此项工作,从药物管控质量及安全用药方面进行统计和比较。结果试验组药物管控质量各项评分和药物配置效率高于对照组,护理差错率及不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉药物配置中心工作人员做好护理质量管理可以提升患者用药安全和优化服务效率。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing quality management in intravenous drug dispensing center on clinical safe medication.Methods The paper chose 102 patients(infusion patients in intravenous drug dispensing center)from January 2022 to mid January 2023,51 cases were included in the control group and the remaining 51 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group with nursing quality intervention modes respectively.To highlight nursing difference,16 staff members were arranged to carry out statistics and comparisons from aspects of drug control quality and safe medication.Results Drug control quality and drug preparation efficiency of the experimental group was better than the control group.However,nursing error rate and incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was lower,comparison result showed p<0.05.Conclusion Good nursing quality management by staff in intravenous drug dispensing center can improve medication safety of patients and optimize service efficiency.
