摘 要:目的探讨高蛋白肠内营养对急性重症脑卒中患者营养状况和预后的影响。方法选择2023年1月—2024年10月在本院接受治疗的急性重症脑卒中患者100例为研究对象,并按照计算机分组法将其分为A组和B组,每组50例。其中,A组给予标准能量低蛋白质,B组给予标准能量高蛋白质,观察两组营养状况、并发症及预后情况。结果治疗14 d后,与B组比,A组血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平明显更高(P<0.05)。A组并发症发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。A组mRS评分低于B组mRS评分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.906,P<0.05)。结论对急性重症脑卒中患者应用高蛋白肠内营养治疗,能够有效改善营养状况,减少并发症的发生,并促进预后。Objective To investigate the effect of high protein enteral nutrition on nutritional status and prognosis of patients with acute severe stroke.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with acute severe stroke in our hospital from January 2023 to August 2024,and divided them into group A(50 cases,treated with standard energy low protein)and group B(50 cases,with standard energy high protein)according to computer grouping method.Nutritional status,complications and prognosis were observed between two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,group A had significantly higher levels of ALB,PA,Hb and TP than group B(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in group A(12.00%)was lower than Group B(30.00%)(P<0.05).The mRS scores of group A were(3.54±0.42)points,while those of group B were(3.88±0.45)points.There was significant difference between two groups(t=3.906,P<0.05).Conclusion High protein enteral nutrition therapy can effectively improve nutritional status,reduce incidecne of complications and promote prognosis of patients with acute severe stroke.
