运用量化评估策略的手术室护理管理在急诊剖宫产孕妇中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究急诊剖宫产手术室护理管理中量化评估策略的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月本院收治的60例急诊剖宫产产妇作为研究样本,并采用掷骰子的方式将其分为一般组和试验组,每组30例。其中,一般组行常规手术室护理管理,试验组行量化评估策略手术室护理管理,比较两组患者恢复指标和切口愈合质量,评估患者心理应激程度。结果试验组排气时间、泌乳时间短于一般组,VAS评分低于一般组(P<0.05)。试验组切口甲级愈合率高于一般组,试验组乙级愈合率低于一般组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组心理应激评分低于一般组(P<0.05)。结论量化评估策略为前提的手术室护理管理价值高,对急诊剖宫产孕妇而言能提升切口愈合质量并能解决内心应激问题,转归较好。Objective To explore value of quantitative evaluation strategy in operating room nursing management of emergency cesarean section.Methods The paper chose 60 emergency cesarean section mothers as samples,and divided them into two groups by casting lots:the general group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The general group was treated with routine operating room nursing management,while the experimental group with quantitative evaluation strategy operating room nursing management.The study was carried out from January 2022 to December 2023.Recovery indicators and incision healing quality were compared,degree of psychological stress was evaluated.Results Exhaust time and lactation time in the experimental group was shorter than in the general group,VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than in the general group,P<0.05.Healing rate of grade A incision in the experimental group was higher than the general group,while that of grade B incision in the experimental group was lower than the general group,with P<0.05.The psychological stress scores after nursing in the experimental group were lower than the general group,P<0.05.Conclusion Surgical nursing management based on quantitative evaluation strategy has high value,can improve quality of incision healing and alleviate internal stress problems of emergency cesarean section pregnant women,which has good outcomes.
