基于人文关怀的适老化导诊服务在老年人群健康体检中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于人文关怀的适老化导诊服务在老年人群健康体检中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2024年2月在本院进行健康体检的500例老年人,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=250)和观察组(n=250)。其中,对照组给予常规导诊服务,观察组在常规基础上给予基于人文关怀的适老化导诊服务,比较两组体检时间、一次性完成率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和体检服务满意度。结果观察组体检时间短于对照组,一次性完成率高于对照组(P<0.05)。体检后观察组SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对健康体检服务的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的适老化导诊服务能够缩短老年人群健康体检时间,提高一次性完成率和满意度,改善焦虑情绪,值得推广应用。Objective To explore application of elderly friendly guidance services based on humanistic care for health checkups of the elderly population.Methods The paper chose 500 elderly people with health checkup in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2024,and divided them into the control group(n=250)and the observation group(n=250)with random number table method.The control group was treated with routine guidance services,while the observation group with aging friendly guidance services based on humanistic care.Examination time,one-time completion rate,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores and satisfaction degree with the examination services were compared between two groups.Results The observation group had shorter physical checkup time and higher one-time completion rate than the control group(P<0.05).After physical checkup,SAS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of the observation group with health checkup services was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly friendly guidance services based on humanistic care can shorten health checkup time,improve onetime completion rate and satisfaction degree,alleviate anxiety of the elderly population,which is worthy of promotion and application.
