摘　　要：文章聚焦人民城市理念运用于大都市地区的城乡融合并指导乡村振兴战略的实施,梳理人民城市理念的内涵及与大都市地区城乡融合的关系,对比欧洲城乡关系和城乡伙伴关系的发展沿革、相关理论和成功实践案例,聚焦上海大都市地区城乡融合和乡村振兴的演进过程及示范案例,针对人民城市理念在上海大都市地区城乡融合和乡村振兴中的落实问题,提出城乡产业协同、综合政策体系建立、城乡社会保障和服务一体化以及数字化与信息技术应用等建议。It is focused on how to apply the concept of People's City to the integrated urban and rural development in metropolitan areas and guide the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.The connotation of the concept of People's City and its relationship with the integration of urban and rural areas in metropolitan areas arereviewed.After reviewing the evolution,relevant theories and successful practice cases of urban-rural relations and partnerships in Europe,the evolution process of urban-rural integration and rural revitalization in Shanghai metropolitan area,as well as the analysis of demonstration cases,are focused on.Some suggestions on the implementation of the concept of People's city in the integration of urban and rural areas and rural revitalization in Shanghai metropolitan area are put forward,including promoting the coordinated development of Shanghai's urban and rural industries,establishing a comprehensive policy system,promoting the integration of urban and rural social security and services,and the application of digitalization and information technology.
