摘 要:本文基于超材料分析方法,结合印制电路的工艺原理,设计了一种船用百叶窗低RCS滤网,这种滤网由PCB技术加工制成,速度快,成本低,具有较高的孔隙率保证其通风进气的能力,同时仿真计算表明,通过在滤网表面附着周期性导电图案,可以有效实现雷达波的吸收,从而达到降低RCS的作用。当敌方雷达波照射时,吸波超材料吸收进入百叶窗结构的雷达波,降低百叶窗的雷达波反射能量,有效抑制百叶窗的RCS;采用这种吸波结构可以实现18 GHz±2 GHz频段10 dB的吸收效果,还可通过改变吸波超材料的参数得到使用场景需要的吸波频段和效能。Based on the metamaterial analysis method and the process principle of printed circuit,this paper designs a marine louver low RCS filter,which is made of PCB technology,which is fast and low cost,and has high porosity to ensure its ability to ventilate and intake,and the simulation results show that the absorption of radar waves can be effectively realized by attaching a periodic conductive pattern on the surface of the filter,so as to reduce the RCS effect.When the enemy's radar wave is irradiated,the absorbing metamaterial absorbs the radar wave entering the shutter structure,reduces the radar wave reflection energy of the shutter,and effectively suppresses the RCS of the shutter.This absorption structure can achieve an absorption effect of 10 dB in the 18 GHz±2 GHz frequency band,and the absorption frequency band and efficiency required for the use scenario can also be obtained by changing the parameters of the absorbing metamaterial.
