摘  要:以河南某高等中医药院校学生为研究对象,对该校380名学生进行知识产权素养问卷调查,客观分析知识产权素养现状并归纳存在问题,为高等中医药院校大学生提出知识产权素养提升策略。调查发现,高等中医药院校学生的知识产权素养偏低,其表现为缺乏基本的知识产权知识,中医药知识产权保护意识较低,知识产权行为失范等。为此,需要发挥高校在教书育人方面的优势,加强中医药知识产权教育,提升大学生群体乃至社会公众的知识产权素养。Taking the students of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object,a questionnaire survey on intellectual property literacy was conducted among 380 students of the university,and the current situation of intellectual property literacy was objectively analyzed,and the existing problems were summarized,and the strategies for improving intellectual property literacy were proposed for college students of traditional Chinese medicine school.The survey found that the intellectual property literacy of students in the university of Chinese medicine is low,which is manifested in the lack of basic intellectual property knowledge,low awareness of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine,and anomie of intellectual property behavior.It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities in teaching and educating people,strengthen the education of intellectual property rights in traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the intellectual property literacy of college students and even the public.
