摘　　要：作为习近平外交思想的核心理念,构建人类命运共同体源于对马克思主义立场观点方法的继承发展、对国际形势走向和中国所处方位的科学判断、对中华优秀传统文化和人类文明成果的兼收并蓄、对人类共同利益和前途命运的深刻理解,是对全球治理思维和世界普遍交往范式的重构与发展。构建人类命运共同体体现了辩证唯物主义世界观和方法论的精髓要义,诠释了历史唯物主义发展新的思想理论形态,融合了马克思主义以人为本价值取向与中国哲学观点看法,展现出引领时代的思想光辉和真理力量。构建人类命运共同体理念已经从中国倡议扩大为国际共识,从美好愿景转化为丰富实践。中国将始终高举构建人类命运共同体旗帜,同各国携手努力,为推进世界现代化进程、开创人类更加美好未来汇聚合力。As the core concept of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,building a community with a shared future for mankind stems from the inheritance and development of Marxist standpoints,viewpoints,and methods,a scientific judgment of the international situation and China’s position,the integration of traditional Chinese culture and human civilization achievements,and a profound understanding of the common interests and future of humanity.It is a reconstruction and development of global governance thinking and universal communication paradigms.The construction of a community with a shared future for mankind embodies the essence of dialectical materialist worldview and methodology,interprets the new ideological and theoretical forms of historical materialism,integrates the Marxist people-oriented values with Chinese philosophical views,and demonstrates the brilliance of ideology and the power of truth that leads the times.The concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind has expanded from a Chinese initiative to an international consensus,and from a beautiful vision to rich practice.China will always hold high the banner of building a community with a shared future for mankind,and work together with other countries to gather forces toward world modernization and a better future for mankind.
