摘　　要：当前,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,传统旧观念与各种新思想碰撞交锋,国际思潮呈现一些新特点和趋势:全球化与反全球化思潮角力,发展型区域主义兴起;保守主义思想回归,国际竞争与对立的意识形态色彩浓厚;多边主义陷入话语竞争,国际旧秩序与新规则平行共存;全球议题“泛安全化”,国际安全赤字加重。身处世界大变局中的中国,既深受国际思潮的影响,也是塑造国际思潮的重要力量。国际思潮新动向给中国外交既带来严峻挑战,也提供了前所未有的机遇。中国应坚定构建人类命运共同体的崇高目标,提升对国际思潮的引领力;继续发扬斗争精神,坚决捍卫国家利益和国际正义;立足中国式现代化,协调推进国家治理与全球治理,不断开创中国特色大国外交新局面。The world is currently witnessing the accelerated evolution of profound changes unseen in a century.Traditional views are colliding and clashing with emerging ideas,and international ideologies are exhibiting new characteristics and trends.The contest between globalization and anti-globalization ideologies continues,while developmental regionalism is on the rise.Conservatism is making a comeback,and international competition and confrontation are increasingly ideologically charged.Multilateralism is caught in a struggle over discourse,with the old international order and new rules existing in parallel.Global issues are becoming“securitized,”exacerbating the international security deficit.As a nation navigating these profound global changes,China is both significantly influenced by international ideologies and playing a key force in shaping them.The new trends in international ideologies present China with severe challenges as well as valuable opportunities for greater initiative.To pursue new major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics on all fronts,China should steadfastly uphold the noble goal of building a community with a shared future for all mankind to enhance its leading role in the evolving international ideologies,adhere the spirit of struggle to resolutely safeguard national interests and international justice,should base on Chinese-style modernization to integrate the advancement of domestic and global governance.
