来氟米特致以全血细胞减少为特征的红斑狼疮1例

摘　　要：1例50岁女性患者因类风湿关节炎服用来氟米特片20 mg·d^(-1)约2个月后,出现以全血细胞减少为特征的红斑狼疮。停用来氟米特片并给予糖皮质激素等对症治疗后好转。One fifty years old female patient developed lupus erythematosus with the characteristics of pancytopenia after taking leflunomide 20 mg·d^(-1)for about 2 months due to rheumatoid arthritis.The symptoms alleviated after the discontinuation of leflunomide and the initiation of symptomatic treatment,which included corticosteroids and other supportive measures.
