摘 要:为实现县域范围内地质灾害风险区精准评价,同时服务于研究区内国土空间规划及重要工程项目建设,并为政府防灾减灾、风险决策、风险控制及风险管理提供技术支撑。以贵州省长顺县为例,基于对该县域范围内地质灾害的数量、类型、规模、发育特征及分布规律的详细调查,进一步采用“信息量法”系统地进行了全县1∶50000的地质灾害风险评价,并对全县地质灾害的易发性、危险性、易损性及风险性进行了综合性的评价,其主要结果如下:易发性评价包含极高、高、中、低四个易发等级,危险性评价包含极高、高、中、低四个危险区,易损性评价包含低、中、高、极高易损性四个等级,地质灾害风险确定为极高、高、中、低四个等级;极高易发区和极高危险区均主要集中在长寨街道中部,该地区地质构造复杂,人类活动频繁,存在多处崩塌隐患,在极端降雨天气或者人类工程活动诱发下,极易发生地质灾害;地质灾害隐患管控与风险斜坡管控是一个动态过程,应加强区域风险管理体系建设。评价结果可为研究区内的地质灾害的减灾防灾和风险管控提供科学依据。To achieve precise evaluation of geological disaster risk areas within a county,to serve the spatial planning and important engineering projects within the study area,and to provide technical support for government disaster prevention,risk decision making,risk control,and risk management,this paper takes Changshun County in Guizhou Province as the research area.Based on a detailed investigation on the number,types,scale,development characteristics,and distribution patterns of geological disasters within the county,the information value method was used to conduct a systematic 1∶50000 geological disaster risk assessment of the entire county.A comprehensive evaluation of the susceptibility,hazard,vulnerability,and risk of geological disasters in the county was conducted.The main results are as follows:the susceptibility evaluation includes four levels,i.e.very high,high,medium,and low;the hazard evaluation includes four risk zones,i.e.very high,high,medium,and low;the vulnerability evaluation includes four levels,i.e.low,medium,high,and very high;the risk of geological disasters includes four levels,i.e.very high,high,medium,and low.The very high susceptibility and very high hazard zones are mainly concentrated in the central part of Changzhai Street,where the geological structure is complex,human activities are frequent,and there are multiple collapse hazards.Under extreme rainfall or human engineering activities,geological disasters are very likely to occur.The control of geological disaster risk and risk slopes is a dynamic process,and a regional risk management system should be constructed.The evaluation results can provide a scientific basis for reduction,prevention,and risk control of geological disasters in the study area.
