复方黄柏液涂剂联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价复方黄柏液涂剂联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月鹤壁煤业(集团)有限责任公司总医院收治的细菌性阴道炎患者96例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。两组均予以控制饮食以及生活干预等基础治疗,对照组加用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以复方黄柏液涂剂治疗,两组患者均治疗7 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后阴道pH值、阴道清洁度、菌群密集度情况以及阴道涂片Nugent评分,并记录两组患者的复发情况以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的79.17%(38/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的阴道pH值、阴道清洁度、菌群密集度[分别为(1.11±0.02)、(0.85±0.01)分、(1.10±0.07)分]均低于对照组[分别为(1.29±0.17)、(1.22±0.60)分、1.22±0.13分],差异有统计学意义(t=7.285,4.272,5.631,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者阴道涂片Nugent评分均降低,且观察组(2.39±0.61)分低于对照组(3.06±1.03)分(t=3.878,P<0.01)。复发率观察组为10.42%(5/48),低于对照组的27.08%(13/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.376,P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论复方黄柏液涂剂联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎具有一定的临床效果,复发率低,并有较高的安全性。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound huangbai liquid coating combined with metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with bacterial vaginitis admitted to Hebi Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.General Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 48 in each group.Both groups were treated with basic dietary control and lifestyle interventions.The control group was given metronidazole and the observation group was administered compound huangbai liquid coating in addition to metronidazole,and both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,vaginal pH,vaginal cleanliness,flora density and Nugent score in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the recurrence rate and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than that of 79.17%(38/48)in the control group,(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH,vaginal cleanliness and flora density of the observation group((1.11±0.02)points,(0.85±0.01)points,(1.10±0.07)points)were lower than those of the control group((1.29±0.17)points,(1.22±0.60)points,(1.22±0.13)points),and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.285,4.272,5.631,P<0.05).After treatment,Nugent scores decreased in both groups and the score of the observation group(2.39±0.61 points)was lower than that of the control group(3.06±1.03 points)(t=3.878,P<0.01).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 10.42%(5/48),which was lower than that of 27.08%(13/48)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.376,P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during treatment in either group.Conclusion Compound huangbai liquid coating combined with metronidazole has certain clinical effects in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis,and has a low recurrence rate and high safety profile.
