摘 要:目的分析甲泼尼龙注射液治疗儿童呼吸系统疾病所致不良反应。方法回顾性抽取2022年7月至2024年6月于铜陵市妇幼保健院治疗的呼吸系统疾病的患儿85例临床资料,根据甲泼尼龙注射液治疗后是否发生不良反应分为发生组31例和未发生组54例。收集患儿一般资料,以单因素和多因素Logistic回归性分析患儿发生不良反应的影响因素。结果不良反应发生组患儿碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平、白细胞水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、单次给药剂量、总用药剂量和用药时间[分别是(123.72±9.30)U·L^(-1)、(13.65±3.13)×10^(9)·L^(-1)、(8.98±2.89)mg·L^(-1)、(2.53±0.27)mg·kg^(-1)、(12.95±2.18)mg、(6.44±2.04)d]均较未发生组[分别是(118.63±9.49)U·L^(-1)、(11.95±3.17)×10^(9)·L^(-1)、(7.65±2.54)mg·L^(-1)、(1.44±0.16)mg·kg^(-1)、(11.02±2.14)mg、(3.46±1.04)d]高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归性分析发现,ALP水平(P=0.030)、白细胞水平(P=0.011)、CRP水平(P=0.022)和用药时间(P=0.002)为甲泼尼龙注射液致患儿不良反应发生的影响因素。结论ALP水平、白细胞水平、CRP水平、单次给药剂量、总用药剂量和用药时长为甲泼尼龙注射液治疗儿童呼吸系统疾病所致不良反应的影响因素。Objective To analyze the adverse reactions(ADRs)caused by methylprednisolone injection in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children.Methods A total of 85 pediatric patients with respiratory diseases treated in Tongling Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects and divided into the occurrence group(n=31)and non-occurrence group(n=54)according to whether adverse reactions occur after treatment with methylprednisolone injection.The general information of patients was collected,and the influencing factors of adverse reactions in patients were analyzed using single factor and multifactor logistic regression.Results The alkaline phosphatase(ALP)level,leukocyte level,C-reactive protein(CRP)level,single dose,total dose and medication time in the occurrence group were(123.72±9.30)U·L^(-1),(13.65±3.13)×10^(9)·L^(-1),(8.98±2.89)mg·L^(-1),(2.53±0.27)mg·kg^(-1),(12.95±2.18)mg and(6.44±2.04)d,which were all lower than those of(118.63±9.49)U·L^(-1),(11.95±3.17)×10^(9)·L^(-1),(7.65±2.54)mg·L^(-1),(1.44±0.16)mg·kg^(-1),(11.02±2.14)mg and(3.46±1.04)d in the non-occurrence group(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that ALP level(P=0.030),leukocyte level(P=0.011),CRP level(P=0.022)and medication time(P=0.002)were all influencing factors for ADRs caused by MP injection in treatment of respiratory diseases in children.Conclusion ALP level,leukocyte level,CRP level,single dose,total dose and medication duration are all influencing factors for ADRs caused by methylprednisolone injection in the treatment of respiratory diseases in children.
