摘  要:在刀具实际生产过程中,粉末粒度接近的原料制备的刀具在加工性能上存在一定差异。本文选取3种粒度接近的碳化钨粉末原料制备了3种WC-12Co硬质合金棒材,并用该棒材制备了3种钛合金铣削加工用刀具。对3种原料粉末特性和所制备的合金组织结构及力学性能进行了分析,并对3种刀具进行切削试验,探讨硬质合金的粉末特性-合金性能-刀具切削寿命的关联机制。结果表明:硬质合金的力学性能与原料粉末特性有关,晶粒尺寸小、粒度分布范围最窄、均匀性最好的粉末制备的硬质合金晶粒最细、组织均匀性最好、力学性能最好;原料粉末中的硬团聚颗粒具有遗传效应,导致所制备的合金组织内部出现夹粗、颗粒异常长大等缺陷,显著恶化合金材料强度和韧性;硬质合金刀具的切削寿命与硬质合金力学性能有关,力学性能最佳的硬质合金制备的刀具切削寿命最长。Tools manufactured from raw materials with comparable powder particle sizes exhibit varying processing performance during the actual cutting tool manufacturing process. In order to develop three different types of WC-12Co cemented carbide rods, which are then utilized to create three different types of milling cutters for the processing of titanium alloys, this work chooses three tungsten carbide(WC) powder raw materials with comparable particle sizes. The powder characteristics of the three raw powders, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the prepared alloys, and the cutting performance of the three cutters are examined. The correlation mechanism between powder characteristics, alloy properties, and tool cutting life of cemented carbide is investigated. The results indicate that the mechanical properties of cemented carbide are related to the powder characteristics of the raw materials. The finest grains, the best microstructural uniformity, and the superior mechanical qualities are displayed by the cemented carbide made from powder with the smallest grain size, the narrowest particle size distribution range, and the best uniformity. The strength and toughness of the alloys are greatly reduced by the hard agglomerates in the raw powders, which have a genetic influence and bring defects such as coarse particles and abnormal growth of some grains within the microstructure of alloys. The cutting life of cemented carbide cutting tools is related to the mechanical properties of the cemented carbide. The longest cutting life is exhibited by the tool composed of cemented carbide with the best mechanical characteristics.
