摘 要:为探究WC-HEA硬质合金切削性能,本研究以AlCoCrFeNi为黏结相,分析了高熵合金与La_(2)O_(3)对硬质合金切削力、切削温度的影响;阐述了WC-10AlCoCrFeNi-La_(2)O_(3)刀具的磨损形貌与磨损机制,结果表明:切削速度为180 m/min时,相对YG8硬质合金刀具,WC-HEA0L主切削力、进给抗力和背向力分别下降6.43%、13.66%、17.08%;WC-HEA0.075L主切削力、进给抗力和背向力分别下降7.44%、16.35%、20.92%。WC-HEA0L、WC-HEA0.075L刀具切削温度分别下降2.95%、8.58%;WC-HEA0L、WC-HEA0.075L刀具切削时间可分别延长12.5%、21.25%;高熵合金刀具能有效减弱切屑与刀具间的元素扩散,磨损机制为黏结磨损与氧化磨损;添加适量La_(2)O_(3)能进一步减缓刀屑元素扩散速率,加强刀具表面强度,延长使用寿命。To investigate the cutting performance of WC-HEA cemented carbide,this study uses AlCoCrFeNi as the binder phase and analyzes the influence of high-entropy alloy (HEA) and La_(2)O_(3) on the cutting forces and cutting temperatures of the cemented carbide.It elucidates the wear morphology and wear mechanisms of WC-10AlCoCrFeNi-La_(2)O_(3) tools.The results show that at a cutting speed of 180 m/min,compared to YG8 cemented carbide tools,the three-directional forces of WC-HEA0L decrease by 6.43%,13.66%,and 17.08%respectively,and those of WC-HEA0.075L decrease by 7.44%,16.35%,and 20.92%respectively.The cutting temperatures of WC-HEA0L and WC-HEA0.075L tools decrease by 2.95%and 8.58%respectively.The cutting durations of WC-HEA0L and WC-HEA0.075L tools can be extended by 12.5%and 21.25%respectively.HEA tools can effectively weaken the elemental diffusion between the chip and the tool,with wear mechanisms being adhesive wear and oxidative wear.Adding an appropriate amount of La_(2)O_(3) can further slow down the elemental diffusion rate between the tool and chip,strengthen the surface hardness of the tool,and extend its service life.
