川百止痒洗剂联合保妇康栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析川百止痒洗剂联合保妇康栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法 选取80例阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组应用保妇康栓治疗,观察组应用川百止痒洗剂联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、阴道微环境(pH值、Nugent评分)、复发率。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛、瘙痒、脓性分泌物缓解时间分别为(7.21±1.81)、(6.82±1.93)、(9.80±1.90)d,均短于对照组的(10.68±2.63)、(8.83±2.05)、(12.12±2.24)d(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者阴道pH值、Nugent评分分别为(3.97±0.10)、(2.27±0.53)分,均低于对照组的(4.40±0.25)、(3.19±0.62)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率2.50%低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论 川百止痒洗剂联合保妇康栓治疗阴道炎效果理想,可缩短临床症状缓解时间,改善阴道微环境,且能降低复发率,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion combined with Baofukang suppository on vaginitis.Methods 80 patients with vaginitis were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group using random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baofukang suppository,while the observation group was treated with Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion combined with Baofukang suppository.The therapeutic effect,remission time of clinical symptom,vaginal microenvironment(pH value,Nugent score) and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50% of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of pain,pruritus and purulent secretions in the observation group were(7.21±1.81),(6.82±1.93) and(9.80±1.90) d,which was shorter than(10.68±2.63),(8.83±2.05) and(12.12±2.24) d in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH value and Nugent score of the observation group were(3.97±0.10) and(2.27±0.53) points,which were lower than(4.40±0.25) and(3.19±0.62) points of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 2.50% in the observation group was lower than 15.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chuanbai Zhiyang lotion combined with Baofukang suppository has an ideal effect,which can shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms,improve vaginal microenvironment and reduce the recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
