肛周皮肤吹氧后外涂蒙脱石散用于新生儿尿布皮炎的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 研究肛周皮肤吹氧后用蒙脱石散外涂对新生儿尿布皮炎的影响。方法 选取94例新生儿尿布皮炎患儿为研究对象,以“随机抽样法”作为分组方法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组患儿采取肛周皮肤吹氧的干预方法,观察组患儿在肛周皮肤吹氧后用蒙脱石散外涂。对比两组治疗效果、症状消退时间、干预前后皮损面评分。结果 相比于对照组的82.98%,观察组的总有效率95.74%更高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的发红、肿胀、渗液消退时间分别为(2.06±0.28)、(1.89±0.51)、(2.65±0.41)d,均短于对照组的(4.96±0.37)、(3.59±0.59)、(4.87±0.63)d(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿的皮损面评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预3、5 d后,观察组的皮损面评分分别为(1.51±0.26)、(0.51±0.11)分,显著低于对照组的(2.63±0.35)、(1.36±0.18)分(P<0.05)。结论 对于患有尿布皮炎的新生儿,肛周皮肤吹氧后用蒙脱石散外涂是一种颇为有效且理想的干预措施,可在短时间内减轻病症,加快受损皮肤的康复和愈合,有推广价值。Objective To study the effect of topical application of montelukast on perianal skin after oxygen blowing for neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods A total of 94 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group and observation group by "random sampling" method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received the intervention method of perianal skin oxygen blowing,and the observation group was coated with montmorillonite powder after perianal skin oxygen blowing.The treatment effect,symptom resolution time and the score of skin lesions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.74% in the observation group was higher than 82.98% in the control group(P<0.05).The resolution time of redness,swelling and exudation in the observation group were(2.06±0.28),(1.89±0.51) and(2.65±0.41) d,which were shorter than(4.96±0.37),(3.59±0.59) and(4.87±0.63) d in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in the score of skin lesions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 and 5 d of intervention,the scores of skin lesions of the observation group were(1.51±0.26) and(0.51±0.11) points,which were significantly lower than(2.63±0.35) and(1.36±0.18) points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For neonates with diaper dermatitis,it is an effective and ideal intervention to apply montmorillonite powder on perianal skin after oxygen blowing,which can alleviate the symptoms in a short time and accelerate the recovery and healing of damaged skin.It has promotion value.
