超声引导注射无水乙醇联合曲普瑞林治疗卵巢囊肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 评析卵巢囊肿应用超声引导注射无水乙醇联合曲普瑞林治疗的效果。方法 纳入80例卵巢囊肿患者,按照双盲法分为参照组和试验组,每组40例。参照组患者给予曲普瑞林治疗,试验组患者给予超声引导注射无水乙醇联合曲普瑞林治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、3个月复发率、并发症发生率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于参照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。试验组患者3个月后无一例复发,复发率为0。参照组患者3个月后4例复发,复发率为10.00%。试验组患者3个月复发率较参照组更低(χ^(2)=4.2105,P=0.0402<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 卵巢囊肿患者应用超声引导注射无水乙醇联合曲普瑞林治疗的效果显著,可以降低疾病复发率,改善预后,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided injection of anhydrous alcohol combined with triptorelin in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods 80 patients with ovarian cysts were included and divided into reference group and experimental group according to double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with triprorelin,and the experimental group was treated with ultrasoundguided injection of anhydrous alcohol combined with triprorelin.The treatment effect,3-month recurrence rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(97.50%) was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%)(P<0.05).3 months later,none of the patients in the experimental group relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 0;4 patients in the reference group relapsed,and the recurrence rate was 10.00%.The 3-month recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(χ^(2)=4.2105,P=0.0402<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided injection of anhydrous alcohol combined with triptorelin has a significant effect in the treatment of ovarian cyst,which can reduce the recurrence rate of the disease and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of promotion.
