丹红益心方治疗冠心病引起的缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察丹红益心方治疗冠心病引起的缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 100例冠心病引起的缓慢性心律失常患者,按照随机单盲法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林+阿托伐他汀钙片+硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上联合丹红益心方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后期前收缩总数。结果 治疗组患者治疗前期前收缩总数为(4407.900±1329.855)次/24 h,治疗后为(591.940±428.534)次/24 h;对照组患者治疗前期前收缩总数为(4357.480±1246.624)次/24 h,治疗后为(1060.680±584.847)次/24 h;治疗后,两组患者的期前收缩总数均少于本组治疗前,且治疗组患者少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者中显效28例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率为94%;对照组患者中显效12例,有效28例,无效10例,总有效率为80%;治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察过程中两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论 丹红益心方治疗冠心病引起的缓慢性心律失常疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong Yixin Formula in the treatment of bradycardia caused by coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with bradycardia caused by coronary heart disease were divided into control group and treatment group according to random single-blind method,with50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin + atorvastatin calcium tablets + isosorbide dinitrate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Danhong Yixin Formula based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and total number of extrasystoles before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,the total number of extrasystoles was(4407.900±1329.855) times/24 h before treatment and(591.940±428.534) times/24 h after treatment;in the control group,the total number of extrasystoles was(4357.480±1246.624) times/24 h before treatment,and(1060.680±584.847) times/24 h after treatment.After treatment,the total number of extrasystoles in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,28 cases were significantly effective,19 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94%;in the control group,12 cases were significantly effective,28 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the observation.Conclusion Danhong Yixin Formula has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on bradycardia caused by coronary heart disease.
