临床药师参与用药指导对西药房处方合理用药的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 分析临床药师参与用药指导对西药房处方合理用药的影响。方法 选取100例接受用药治疗的患者,利用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组实施常规药物管理,观察组实施临床药师参与用药指导。比较两组满意度、用药处方不合理情况、处方管理质量及管理人员工作责任心评分。结果 和对照组(82.00%)相比,观察组满意度(98.00%)更高(P<0.05)。和对照组(20.00%)相比,观察组用药处方不合理发生率(4.00%)更低(P<0.05)。观察组处方管理质量评分(94.65±2.78)分比对照组的(83.02±3.28)分高(P<0.05);观察组管理人员工作责任心评分(95.08±3.23)分比对照组的(82.69±4.21)分高(P<0.05)。结论 对临床用药患者实施临床药师参与用药指导,能够有效改善处方质量,提升管理人员工作责任心,降低用药处方不合格率,提高用药安全性及患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pharmacists' participation in medication guidance on rational drug use in dispensary for Western medicine.Methods A total of 100 patients receiving drug treatment were divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases) by random number table method.The control group implemented routine medication management,and the observation group implemented clinical pharmacists' participating in medication guidance.The satisfaction,irrational medication prescriptions,quality of prescription management and working responsibility scores of managers were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(82.00%),the satisfaction rate of the observation group(98.00%) was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(20.00%),the rate of irrational medication prescriptions in the observation group(4.00%) was lower(P<0.05).The score of quality of prescription management in the observation group was(94.65±2.78) points,which was higher than(83.02±3.28) points in the control group(P<0.05).The working responsibility score of managers in the observation group was(95.08±3.23) points,which was higher than(82.69±4.21) points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical pharmacists' participation in medication guidance for clinical medication patients can effectively improve the quality of prescriptions,enhance the sense of responsibility of managers,reduce the failure rate of medication prescriptions,and improve the safety of medication and patient satisfaction.
