中药师干预中药处方管理对中药应用合理性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析中药师干预中药处方管理对中药应用合理性的影响,为后续工作的开展提供数据支持。方法 选取2022年9月~2023年9月的中药处方共502张,其中2022年9月~2023年2月未应用中药师进行干预的251张中药处方作为对照组,2023年3~9月应用中药师进行干预的251张中药处方作为观察组。比较两组的不合理用药发生率以及管理质量。结果 观察组不合理用药发生率1.20%低于对照组的11.95%(P<0.05)。对照组联合用药管理评分为(73.61±5.71)分,观察组联合用药管理评分为(83.67±7.91)分;对照组处方配置流程管理评分为(68.92±5.11)分,观察组处方配置流程管理评分为(88.75±7.80)分;对照组处方调配评分为(71.16±6.10)分,观察组处方调配评分为(92.08±8.66)分;对照组药学服务评分为(78.85±8.11)分,观察组药学服务评分为(93.47±8.69)分;对照组不良反应监测评分为(70.88±5.11)分,观察组不良反应监测评分为(86.72±7.28)分。观察组联合用药管理、处方配置流程管理、处方调配、药学服务以及不良反应监测评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过中药师对中药处方进行干预,能够改善中药师综合素质以及管理质量,进而确保中药应用合理性的提升,值得在今后中药管理工作中进行推广与应用。Objective To analyze the effect of intervention by traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in the management of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide data support for subsequent work.Methods A total of 502 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected,among which 251 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions without intervention by traditional Chinese medicine practitioners from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the control group,and 251 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions with intervention by traditional Chinese medicine practitioners from March to September 2023 were selected as the observation group.The incidence of irrational drug use and management quality were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of irrational drug use of 1.20% in the observation group was lower than 11.95% in the control group(P<0.05).The score of combined medication management in the control group was(73.61± 5.71) points,and that in the observation group was(83.67±7.91) points;the score of prescription configuration process management in the control group was(68.92±5.11) points,and that in the observation group was(88.75±7.80) points;the score of prescription dispensing in the control group was(71.16±6.10) points,and that in the observation group was(92.08±8.66) points;the score of pharmaceutical care in the control group was(78.85±8.11) points,and that in the observation group was(93.47±8.69) points;the score of adverse reaction monitoring in the control group was(70.88±5.11) points,and that in the observation group was(86.72± 7.28) points.The scores of combined medication management,prescription configuration process management,prescription dispensing,pharmaceutical care and adverse reaction monitoring in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions by tradit
