弧刃针疗法联合超声引导下腋神经阻滞治疗四边孔综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨弧刃针疗法联合超声引导下腋神经阻滞治疗四边孔综合征的临床疗效。方法:收集2017年2月—2023年2月收治的83例四边孔综合征患者,随机分为对照组和试验组。其中对照组42例,采用超声引导下腋神经阻滞进行治疗。试验组41例,在对照组的基础上联合弧刃针疗法进行治疗。分别记录并比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后各时期的疼痛数字评分(NRS)、宾夕法尼亚大学肩关节评分量表(PSS)。结果:治疗后两组较治疗前NRS评分及PSS评分均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后各时期,试验组NRS评分均低于对照组,PSS评分均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗四边孔综合征时,弧刃针疗法联合超声引导下腋神经阻滞相较于单纯超声引导下腋神经阻滞更具有优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of blade needle acupuncture combined with ultrasound-guided axillary nerve block in treatment of quadrilateral space syndrome(QSS).Methods:83 patients with QSS were randomly divided into the control group(n=42)and the study group(n=41).The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided axillary nerve block;on which basis,the study group was also treated with blade needle acupuncture.The scores of NRS and PSS were recorded and compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of NRS and PSS were all significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the scores of NRS were lower in the study group than those in the control group,and the scores of PSS were higher in the study group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blade needle acupuncture combined with ultrasound-guided axillary nerve block has certain advantages in treatment of QSS compared with the axillary nerve block guided by ultrasound alone.
