摘　　要：总结殷克敬教授应用“三门治神法”治疗神志病临证经验。主张从“心主神明,治神守气”理论出发,认为神志病的病机为“心神受扰,神志不明”,以手少阴心经神门为主穴,依其穴性将神门“一门化三门(前门、正门和侧门),三门守三性(前门守正神、正门养虚神和侧门祛邪神)”,并根据三门所守三性采用不同行针手法,精准发挥三门的特色作用,以期为针刺治疗神志病提供新的临床思路和方法。This study summarized Professor YIN Kejing s clinical experiences in treating mental illness with‘Three Gates Methods of Treating Mental Disorders’.It advocates starting from the theory of‘Heart governs Shen,treats Shen and guards Qi’,and believes that the pathogenesis of mental illness is featured by‘disturbed Shen and unclear mind’.Shenmen(HT7)point of Heart Meridian is the main acupoint,and HT7 is divided into three gates,i.e.front gate,main gate and side gate,according to its acupoint properties.The three gates guard the three natures(the front gate guards the righteous Shen,the main gate nourishes the deficient Shen,and the side gate wards off the evil Shen).Different acupuncture techniques are used according to the three natures guarded by the three gates to accurately exert the roles of the three gates.It aims to provide new clinical ideas and methods for acupuncture treatment of mental illness.
