摘　　要：脑病发病机制复杂,致残率高,并发症多且预后差,是医学界一直以来关注的课题。针刺疗法可疏通经络、行气活血和激发正气,是重要的脑病治疗手段,可以调节神经系统的兴奋性,促进神经纤维的再生,改善神经系统的反应性,促进受损神经功能的恢复,从而在脑梗死、阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症等疾病治疗中体现出良好的脑保护作用。研究显示,微管相关蛋白2(MAP2)参与脑病的发生发展,且针刺可以调控其表达,但MAP2是否能够成为针刺治疗脑病的作用靶点尚不清楚。因此,本研究围绕MAP2参与针刺的脑保护机制展开讨论,期待为进一步挖掘针刺治疗脑病的作用靶点提供更完善的理论支撑和研究思路。The pathogenesis of encephalopathy is complex,with high disability rates,numerous complications,and poor prognosis,making it a long-standing focus of the medical community.Acupuncture therapy,which can unblock meridians,regulate Qi and blood,and stimulate vital energy,is an important treatment for encephalopathy.It helps regulate neural excitability,promotes the regeneration of nerve fibers,improves neural responsiveness,and facilitates the recovery of damaged nerve function,thereby demonstrating significant neuroprotective effect in treatment of diseases such as cerebral infarction,Alzheimer s disease,and depression.Studies have shown that microtubule-associated protein 2(MAP2)is involved in the occurrence and development of encephalopathy and acupuncture can regulate its expression.However,it remains unclear whether MAP2 could serve as a therapeutic target for acupuncture in treatment of encephalopathy.Therefore,this study discussed the role of MAP2 in the neuroprotective mechanisms of acupuncture,aiming to provide a more comprehensive theoretical foundation and research direction for further exploring acupuncture targets in treatment of encephalopathy.
